Secured Coastal Development Permits between 2001–2004 for four sea walls for the Cypress Point Golf Course to address shoreline erosion issues.

 

The projects were unanimously APPROVED by the Monterey County Planning Commission.

THE PALMER RESIDENCE

 

This was a Coastal Development Permit for a single-family residence on 46 acres in San Mateo County - APPROVED.

ESALEN INSTITUTE, BIG SUR

 

The project was for a Coastal Development Permit (CDP) for a Long Range General Development Plan.

The CDP application for a fully sustainable community was submitted to Monterey County Planning, and unanimously approved by the Planning Commission.

The world famous Esalen Institute is located in Big Sur, California.  The contact person is the Esalen Executive Director (831) 667-3035.  – APPROVED

Orchestrated permits from the City of Monterey, and the California Coastal Commission for a new sea wall to protect 172 condominiums in the City of Monterey, California.

 

APPROVED BY CITY OF MONTEREY JANUARY 2004, AND THE CALIFORNIA COASTAL COMMISSION JANUARY 2005.

Largest Sea Wall completed in Northern California in July 2009.

Secured Coastal Development Permit in 2012 for an additional sea wall for the Cypress Point Club to stop shoreline erosion adjacent to the 15th putting green.
