Orchestrated permits from the City of Monterey, and the California Coastal Commission for a new sea wall to protect 172 condominiums in the City of Monterey, California.  APPROVED BY CITY OF MONTEREY JANUARY 2004, AND THE CALIFORNIA COASTAL COMMISSION JANUARY 2005.  Largest Sea Wall completed in Northern California in July 2009.

Worked with owner of the Butterfly House to secure permits for the restoration of this unique piece of architecture located on the Ocean side of Scenic Drive, Carmel, California.

Worked with owner to secure Monterey County for Coastal Development Permit jurisdiction for a seawall to protect a single family home on Scenic Drive, Carmel, California.
